makeup stain on front of jacket

arrived quickly - unfortunately it came with a hand print makeup stain on the front. Very Disappointed!

Nice jacket

The jacket is well made but didn't fit right and I returned it. I don't know if it is my body shape at 69, or if clothes aren't being made for an American female in my age bracket.

Where is my refund?

I got a message from Macys that my order is ready for pickup since April 29th. I went there twice to pick it up, the package is not there. Not only that they charge my card before I received my order. I reached out to customer service multi times. They always have a different answer. I have been shopping at Macys for over 20 plus year. There have been a significant decline in customer service, it is so poor. They do not care.
