Tribulation of making a purchase from macy's

We persevered through awful call center support for a macy's induced credit card error. That really became a battle. We actually only bought the dress because we liked it so much. it was a painful and very difficult process culminating in a messed up deliverey where we again received no support or validation of the difficulties. going to be real hard to selectively go shop at macys again without a really good reason.
