macys has changed

The skirt appeared to have been worn, the waistband was stretched. Thus the skirt did not fit. Macys refused to swap for another skirt. I was unabled to wear it and was refused any help.

Can't judge the item since I didn't receive it. Macys has really gone downhill. Now I see why Macys stores are closing.
