Broken handle

I purchased irons recently . I tried using them today and handle completely broke off. The screws popped out. The iron hasn’t been dropped or damaged prior to the handle incident. I’m so disappointed-as This Was my first time attempting to use.

Great curling iron, but gets very hot!

I had this curling iron for a few years and as I dyed my hair and used it, some of the dye stuck to the curling iron. I should have cleaned it. I used it on the hottest setting because that’s how I would get the best result and IT BURNT MY HAIR OFF!!! I immediately threw it away. But I loved how it would make my hair look. I’m not sure if it was the heat or the dye stuck to it that burnt my hair or a combo of both but moral of the story, this is a great curling iron. It works very well and does the job. I just ordered another one to get a fresh start. This time, I won’t put it on the hottest setting and will keep it clean.

For longer hair, a longer barrel and/or clamp would definitely help.

She’s a beauty! The only complaint I have is that the clamp doesn’t go all the way down to the body of the curling iron, so my hair falls through and the ends of my hair don’t get curled, they just slip right out.

The matte barrel is not easy to use ! Of the bodywaver

The body waver is a complete mess, why would the handle be glossy and the barrel matte !! I’m so disappointed!!! I’ve been a customer for more than 5 years ! It slips and it’s harder to use ! Please make the barrel glossy and the handle matte for better control when using it
