Broken Coffee mugs have been packaged and sent???

It is disappointing to see why Macy’s would send broken coffee mugs packaged. You can visibly whoever packaged them knew they are packaging broken items?

Dishes & cups I love but all my boxes had broken ones in them. Terrible packaging. Macys customer service are great, they take care of the issue ASAP
