Dinnerware Set for Four…Blue

Dishes were a gift. Person receiving loved the design, the quality and the shape of the bowls. Dishes were a great buy. The original shipment was not delivered correctly and Macy’s quickly and easily helped me solve the problem and re-ship dishes. Great customer service.

a broken plate

One of the plates arrived broken. A customer service associate told me I'd have to ship everything back in case I choose refund or reshipment; and they can't re-ship the order partially. This is a set of 12, and it's heavy, and I don't drive a car. So, I'll have to keep the whole plates and throw away the broken one without any compensation.

Ordered August 9 and have not heard anything back when items can be picked up. Tried to use virtual chat, no answer given Went to store and showed item has been purchased No information on delivery date
