a broken plate

One of the plates arrived broken. A customer service associate told me I'd have to ship everything back in case I choose refund or reshipment; and they can't re-ship the order partially. This is a set of 12, and it's heavy, and I don't drive a car. So, I'll have to keep the whole plates and throw away the broken one without any compensation.
