Came Damaged.Difficult Refund

The dress came damaged/Stained. I returned it at my local Macys store. Did not realize this was a 3rd party seller and they recently sent the item back to me because it was stained. I am having a difficult time getting a refund and am very disappointed with this experience!!!! I would not buy this dress again because of the poor customer service!!!!
