Excellent value

These are unique and not a daily driver. That allows some time between wears. Considering the focus of this model I think it's great value. The leather is not as supple as my other Taft footwear. It had more shine that others too. That said, This is not flimsy at all. The bottom is more cushy than the average boot, but less so than the average sneaker. The leather upper did take a while to break in. The hand-applied patina exceeded expectations. The color was warm and versatile.

Great boot

The boot is excellent with quality leather. The look is stellar and compliments abound. My only critique is that it’s a little stiff. Definitely requires constant wear to loosen the leather. Other than that, it’s a great purchase.

Love this boot, the color and feel is amazing. I was not expecting much since they were on sale for such a low price. If I would have known how good they are I would have bought a few pairs .

So many compliments

This would be my 4th pair of Taft boots. Like its predecessors , it has a distinct character and elegance. Like anything worth keeping, these eye-catchers had a brief break-in period (~ two solid weeks). They are durable and hold their shape well without allowing for creases to form. My only regret is that I didn’t get them sooner.

I had a church event to go to and I knew I was going to be up front. So I had to find an outfit to go with these boots. EVERYONE who walked past me looked down at my feet. I wear a size 14 so there’s that.

Worst Shoe ever

I was the most uncomfortable shoe I have worn. The leather is cheap and hard. The sole is also very stiff. It's suppose to be a sneaker like boot but it's worst then most boots.
