Poor Quality, Waste of Money
I've used this luggage set less than 10 times and never packed over weight. The plastic surrounding three of the wheels on the 28" suitcase has cracked and the suitcase no longer stands upright or rolls freely. I am on travel and cannot take this suitcase home with me. Very disappointed with the quality of this set.
Luggage fell apart
We purchased this product for my daughter to take to college. She brought it to school in August and brought it home in March - when she needed to leave due to COVID. That's 2 trips with the luggage. The luggage is torn, the wheels are falling off. Very unhappy with this purchase!

Terrible
I bought 2 sets of the suitcases back in 2018 because it was on sale. The suitcases looks really nice, and I got it for pretty decent price, sadly, the material is cheap or not sturdy enough. This year, I used 2 of the large suitcase for the first time and a wheel broke off from both suitcases.

Not sturdy
Very disappointing! Standing supports broke after our 2nd trip can remove the broken pieces and am left with two obvious holes...

Don't be fool by these bad reviews!!
I bought this set 2 years ago so far I've taken my luggage to Chicago, NYC, 2x Mexico, Japan, Singapore. Everything still intact super strong you can fit a lot and super easy to manage through. Wheels have not broken apart. It has a few scratches now but what else can you expect after so many trips!! BUY IT!!! It's a GREAT DEAL TOO!!!!
Not worth it. Very poor quality.
Reinforced stitching- Stitching alongside zipper ripped. Better hardware- The wheels fells off.

Terrible
Only used this twice and and wheels literally broke off. I was told it is warranted but haven't gotten that far yet.

Worst luggage
I'm giving the zero star!!! Worst luggage on the world plus the warranty doesn’t work! The zipper broke easily and had a very bad quality.
