This dress is very pretty, but plus size flattering it is not, in my opinion. the tie feature is literally under the bust. there are several "pleats" of gathered fabric that go across the sides and butt area. And, the bust area was tight , and this was ordered a size up for me. the fabric is pretty and it came beautifully packed.
