Soft, but sizing is a little odd

So I had ordered this from another store in straight size 16 when I saw that the 14W was on sale here. Figured I'd compare them. In the body they're actually about the same size, but the 14W's neck is _smaller_ than the 16's! Tight enough to be uncomfortable for me. The material is super soft and with the belt I could make the most of my waist. With the neck issue I'll be returning this one, though.

Not flattering for my figure.

This dress is a very pretty color with high quality velvet. It looked exactly like the picture when it arrived. The dress has not structure and was not very flattering on me. The tie waist enhanced the roundness of my belly. It gave me no real waist and did not enhance my silhouette. I returned the dress.
