Sized very small- don’t buy

Don’t buy. The top is sized about 3 sizes small and is definitely not plus sized. The bottom of dress is about 1-2 size too small and the belt is giant. Thread is stringy and coming out in the buttons. I’m so disappointed in this. Suspicious of closeout because of factory mis-sizing. Wasted money.
