Packaging for ship horrible

When I received the jacket/coat, it was packaged in a plastic mail bag, which was crammed into my mailbox. Needless to say, the jacket/coat was so wrinkled it was near impossible to get the wrinkles out. This is untypical for items of this caliber from Macy's. The retail on this jack was $165. Normally, I would receive in a box on a hanger & bag covered & tissue wrapped.

Great Jacket - Maybe Size Up One

I love this jacket, and I receive many complements when I wear it. It's a great, unique jacket and I recommend it to anyone who likes this look. The only thing I would say is to perhaps size up one size.

Work or Weekend Jacket

Love the quality and gold button detail. I purchased a Size 18. Fits perfect everywhere but the bust/chest area. I did not want to return so I took the Jacket to my local Tailor to add 2 inches of black material( looks like a camisole), so the hooks close nicely and it doesn't look tight.
