Disappointed in the zipper

I love this dress but the zipper does not zip well. I have to slide the dress around zip it and shimmy it back to fit right. My husband cannot zip it. It fits beautifully when it’s on but I am really frustrated that the zipper gets so stuck in the middle of my back.
