Tiny dress especially in waist

Dress is extremely small; not sized properly. I tried size 10 in store ,too small. Purchased size 12 & 12 petite, both were too small. Since “Last Act”dresses cannot be returned there should be another option/compensation for returning these dresses.

Beautiful with a vintage feel. I normally wear Petite 4 or 6 but had to buy an 8! The waist is very small. Be careful. Luckily for me it worked out. I’m 5’ 108.

Got this dress in size 12 which is my usual size ; so small , so got the 14 as I really loved it but still too tight, have to return.
