Love the coat but zipper broke in a week

I love this coat so much! It's chic and warm, but the zipper broke after less than two weeks of having it. The bottom piece of the zipper came off, so it does not stay zipped, which defeats the purpose of staying warm. Very disappointed since I paid so much for it

Terrible quality

I bought this jacket in November and the zip for the jacket is already broken . The cloth of the jacket gets stuck in the zip so no matter how much hard you try to close it with focus it doesn’t work .. I wish I can return but the window has passed It’s frustrating when you are going to work and cloth gets stuck in the zip and you try to unzip it doesn’t work and you are stuck in the jacket My advise pls don’t buy this and spend money it’s not worth the price

My favorite coat EVER!

At 5'2" and 92 lbs,I usually wear an XS but chose S to fit comfortably with an extra layer. No sooner did I receive the coat, the temperature dropped to below 0 degrees with the wind chill, and I was as warm as toast! The hood is thick and luxurious and shields my face, but the best part is how pretty it looks as evidenced by the number of compliments I've gotten from total strangers.

Zipper broke a month later

Terrible quality coat. I got this as a gift for Christmas and the zipper broke already! I can’t close the coat and it can’t keep me warm.
