Very Warm

It's a beautiful and warm coat. True to size. Bought size S - I'm 5'3 & 135lbs I bought it online but it had zipper issue. I was able to return it and Macy replaced it. As of now very satisfied with the coat.

Beautiful

I received this puffer coat, beautiful, but I ordered it in 2xl and it arrived in xl.... so sad , I love this coat, but this size won't do, I recommend buying it, you're gonna love it

Recommend

Nice looking coat. Had trouble with the zipper a few times, but was able to correct. Love the color. It has been warm enough for cold New England weather thus far - as long as I have a sweater or warmer layer underneath. Recommend it.

Clothes arrived already torn

I received the item today and opened the package. I did not use a knife or scissors at all, but the clothing was already torn when it arrived, as shown in the photos.

Problem with Zipper

I liked everything about this coat but the zipper!! Fabric kept getting stuck in it no matter how hard I tried to avoid it. One time I had to use a pair of pliers to climb out of the coat! Sadly I am returning it .
