Looks like scrap

I was very excited to order this jacket because it looks so good and classy in the picture. I bought a TAHARI brand before and love love it. But in my dismay when i open this item. It looked scrappy and ugly like somebody used it several times, hair and lints all over. Took a picture but see if i can upload it. Very very disappointed. Tried to call Macys customer service it just rang and went quiet.

Customer Service and Ink Security Device

I like the coat and the material is a good weight. However, the coat arrived with the ink security device attached. After about a 30 minute chat with customer service they suggested I go to the nearest Macys and have the device removed. I informed customer service that I live in a rural area and to go to the nearest Macys is approximately a 250 mile round trip. Customer Service suggested I return the item; however, I was in need of a coat. Not much customer service!
