Bottle leaked out & empty !

Love the product works well but, my bottle was all leaked out and empty bottle. Macys needs to pack this way better so it doesn’t leak out and make a mess. This is an expensive product to have an empty bottle shipped out. Please Macys train your employees to pack better for these items being Shipped. Next time I will buy in store myself- no shipping issues

Removes mascara IN SECONDS!

I have tried saving $ on looking for cheaper options but I learned my lesson, this saves me every time. So I will always use this product. I use it preferably only for my eyes as it is the toughest to remove when it comes to waterproof mascara. If you wear makeup every day or at least wear waterproof mascara, this is what you NEED!

Arrived all separated

I'd like to get a replacement, it sat in the cold overnight and now has white blobs floating halfway up. I can't get it to emulsify.

Macy's shipped the liquid makeup remover without placing the item in a spill proof bag inside of the box. The Clinique liquid makeup remover was leaking inside of the box. I lost product and had to clean up the other products inside the box that I ordered.
