Nice jacket, bad refund policy.

Love the jacket. However I ordered several sizes and it's been a nightmare trying to get a refund for the 2 returned jackets. I followed the policy promptly and Macy's has had the jackets since 4/5/2024 still w/o any refund to my credit card. My advice - Don't order if you don't know your exact size.
