The cap wasn’t twisted on tightly

I was really excited to try this based on the reviews but the top wasn’t twisted on and the product is all over the box, the paperwork it came with and all over my hands. Based on the feeling of the product all over my hands, it was very silky. i have waist length hair and I think it would have done great at taking my ends. My local Macy’s doesn’t sell it in store, but I’m hoping the company will send me another bottle and I can update my review.
