Clasp doesn't hold

We were disappointed with the quality and the bracelet clasp(even with safety on) did not hold and fell off several times in the hour after giving it to my daughter as a graduation gift. I feared losing the bracelet.

not real. clasp was broken so took it to my jeweler to fix. not real tanzanite.
