Liquid eyeliner doesn’t last

The liquid eyeliner must be a different composition than Tarte’s solo liquid liner. This one doesn’t last and making a cat eye is impossible

Horrible.

Was dry and did not work well. I have used this product and brand before, but this was awful. Waste of money. Seems expired…very dry and crusty.1

Love love love

I find that I use the liquid end more than the other end but I love how versatile this product is. It lasts a long time for me and I am a very busy twin toddler mom and pediatric speech pathologist.
