It is the worst product I ever was talked into buying I know that there is a lot of hype all over social media so I want to try it and totally not even worth one cent

I just received the pen . the tip is soft and I couldn’t get it work . I screwed the top and put tip down still didn’t work . I don’t recommend at all . waste of money .

I have very hooded almond shaped eyes and will literally try anything to make my eyes appear more open. I really like Tarte products and desperately wanted this to work. My eyes get a little wet very easily so after a few test runs, it didn’t last more than a few minutes before it was completely gone. I returned it and sorry to report I have yet to find a product that lasts in my waterline.

The texture isn't smooth so it doesn't apply well. It's not a good quality product, no good. I find other Tarte products better than this

I was looking for a brightener, but this literally does nothing. Maybe I got a defective pencil, but this one does nothing! Don't waste your money, there are much better products on the market. Try may IT concealer and highlighter in one. Not a pencil, like I wanted, but it gets the job done.

I really like how this highlight pencil opens up my eyes and I look more rested and refreshed. It works best using a light touch applying a small amount on the inside third of your eye (top and bottom). A great addition to my makeup routine
