Holy Grail

I don't wear mascara without this primer. I have very short sparse lashes and need every bit of help and this makes a significant difference. Highly recommend. I also like that Tarte products never bother my very sensitive eyes.

Miracle in a tube

Best lash conditioner ever and makes taking otherwise impossible to get off waterproof mascara (I'm looking at you bad gal) a breeze to remove! Will never wear mascara again without this first. Not to mention it really plumps up each lash
