Never shipped

I ordered this and it was supposed to come in 3 days to the store for me to pick up, but 25 days later with no update, I call and spent 30 minutes on the phone with customer service, and ended up just wanting a refund because the call was going to take even longer for them to contact the store and see what happened. They said I'd get an email about my refund to my gift card and I never received it. So basically, I just gave them money and never received a product nor refund. Absolute scam, didn't expect this from Macy's. They need a better process and customer service team.
