Shirt falling apart after only wearing twice!!!

I wore one of these shirts twice the sleeve is seperating from the cuff!

Conservative quality

My husband is very fussy about dress shirts. The must be no-iron, have a chest pocket, and have regular cuffs (not French cuffs). He likes conservative colors or patterns, and he is hard to fit -- 17.5 or 18, with a 36 -37-38 sleeve. These shirts fit the bill! They could be crisper -- I do not know why it is so hard to find cotton-polyester mens' shirts any more -- but they wash well and do not need ironing.
