Do NOT buy!

This is a final sale item and color in picture is pale yellow and listed color is yellow but actual color is champagne gold. This was supposed to match my son's homecoming date but now we are out the money and a tie.

What has happened to Customer service?

It had two black strings and two white strings at the back top of the hat! I had make time to go into the Chesterfield Town Center store which took an hour and a half to fininally talk with a manager about this problem with my shipment! What has happened to customer service and sales assistance in Macy's?
