Bad zipper

Beautiful dress but i will have to replace the zipper but I would love to give a 10 experience to PEYMANCH she gave me a beautiful experience at your store

Unflattering and uncomfortable to wear.

The gown looks good in the picture. Gown is very unflattering to wear. The fabric is good but the cut is very boxy and wider looking. This gown has awkward outdated design when you try to wear it. I am upset because this gown looks very flattering to wear in the website . I feel sorry and unhappy for this Macys gown.

This is why buying online is the worst

I bought my favorite black-tie-wedding dress from Macys last year. For some reason I figured I could find something equally stunning by shopping online. This dress looked beautiful on the model so I bought it as soon as I saw it. When I received it, it looked nothing like that on me! I am basically the same size as the model and it looked frumpy and bunched and generally terrible. So no problem right? Return it. But When I reached out to start a return they told me it was a final sale so now I own this ill fitting dress, have less money to spend on one that fits me, and will never wear it. So, buyer beware.
