Zipper broken when received

Dress is pretty but came with broken zipper and Macys state it is a final sale, no returns. Will not shop Macys again

Love this dress! I wasn’t sure about sizing, but I tried it on at a Macy’s then guessed my size. Took a gamble but I am glad I did. I’ll be wearing this for a wedding but it can be used for other fun occasions too. The too is a little large on me where a small button can help, so I plan to get that sewn in. The length of the dress is a little long for me at my 5’ but I love the way it drapes. I can’t say enough good about the dress. Knocked off a star because the top feels a little big, but the adjustable straps make a big difference.
