dress is great, service and shipping not so much.

this really isnt a big deal, but in my situation it was extremely frustrating. I went in person to find this beautiful dress and they had it in my size, however it had a broken ruffle so I asked the receptionist if i were to order it online would it come before Dec 8th, and she assured me it would since i had been there 2.5 weeks prior to that date. So i proceeded to order it online and the arrival date was scheduled for the 4th, delivery day rolls around and nothing, a couple days later and nothing it hadn’t even SHIPPED yet! Now its the day before and I have no more time to wait, so I tried to get ahold of multiple macys stores for 20 minutes and I got no response to my calls. So i then tried to contact online customer support and explained the whole situation and she checked the store stock for me and let me know there was none in stock, then proceeded to ask me if I wanted it shipped when I just explained to her i already tried that and no i dont want it shipped. luckily, i found the dress at another store for HALF the price.

The green dress

This was the most beautiful & comfortable dress I have ever worn. I got so many compliments when I wore this dress. Definitely love it!!!
