Hole in the butt Seam

Unfortunately, my intention was to return the dress because of the quality. I wore the dress for the first time to my father-in-law‘s funeral. I was not able to take my jacket off due to a hole in the seam of the butt. The dress needs to be returned, and I will be asking for a refund.

weirdly snug higher up

The dress looks pretty but it feels heavy on you. It has a strange tightness a few inches below the bra line, like a belt is up too high and I just want to push it lower.
