Cute

Could not try on this dress when it arrived because the zipper was defective. I could not undo the zipper at all. The dress seemed cute but material was very thin.

Material and fit not as expected

Ordered online. Description said ‘fresh woven cotton’ and so I got 1 size up because after wash cotton shrinks. 1) Dress was tampered. Price tag was torn and was left with item/return barcode. 2) I tried it as soon as I got it delivered to try the fit. The waistband was already tight; there is no room of margin for me in case after wash it shrinks. 3) I thought the cotton will be stiff and thicker but it is very soft, good in a way but not worth the price I paid. Hence, returning it.

Loved the pattern and the general style of the dress. However one pocket is sewn to the under layer of the dress need the zipper and it creates some additional bulk. The other pocket is only sewn to the outer layer and it lays so much better. The dress also has zero stretch and runs true to size but with no extra room.
