Not for big chest

Ordered a size 10. I am a 38DD and 155lbs at 5’5”. Length was good and it fit everywhere except across the chest. The ruffled area surrounding the chest went right across my breasts instead of under it. No matter how I adjusted it was awkward. If I was in the 1700s and pulled my boobs up it would be very fashionable. It is a beautiful dress just didn’t work for me.
