NOT SYNCING WITH SOUND BAR
I purchased this tv and everything seems decent, however I have a sound bar connected to it and need to reset the tv before I turn it off every time, so when I turn on again later they will be synced properly. If I don't reset prior to turning off or turning on the sound bar and tv are not working properly. I'm not sure what happened because it was working fine. My guess is that a software update ruined how the tv and sound bar are syncing.

Great Features
I love my TCL TV. I have been using it for almost a year. I was facing google voice issue in my TV and then I called to customer care center and I got it fixed with the help from Patricia. Thanks Patricia !

Great serviced help
I bought 6 months ago and needed some help to brighten my screen. With the help of Maggy, have now the brightness I need to see the picture. Very helpful with putting up with my slowness. Very patient.

Truly amazing!
I bought this TV as a replacement for my family room, and I'm so glad I did. The graphics and colors are wonderful, and the picture quality is truly amazing. Movie night and gaming will never be the same!
