Shoes were great but customer service not so much

I had asked for these shoes in a 10.5 and they gave me a 10. I purchased them as a gift and stupidly didn’t realize they gave me the wrong size. I went back the next day and they told me they were final sale. So now I am stuck with shoes that don’t fit my spouse and wasted money.
