Wrong size sent 5 times

I ordered this shoe 5 times, some with the assistance of Macy’s staff, and each time it came it came 1/2 size too small. We finally outsmarted the bad system by ordering it 1/2 sizes too big and it arrived in the size we needed. Macy’s staff was good to refund me each time the 1/2 size too small were sent but what an inconvenience at Christmas time! My husband really likes the shoe now that we finally got a size that works.
