Pillows

We had a $300.gift card and purchased four king size pillows on cyber Monday. We recieved four queen pillows to our dismay. A trip to the store and exchanged the queen’s for kings seamlessly. We were impressed with how smooth the transaction went. It certainly was in our favor. Horrible

Bad pillow and bad customer service. They recommended the wrong pillow for side sleepers and refuse to exchange. We just spent 10k on mattress and the pillows ruin it.

Do not buy

Horrible pillow with no support. I told tempurpedic we were side sleepers and they recommended this one. But this was wrong! And they say they are "no waste" company. But that means - they don't exchange or stand by "sleep experts". Customer is stuck with garbage and bill

Don't buy this.

I don't normally go out of my way to write review. But this is horrible for adults. Got king pillow and immediately went back the next day to return and I can't. Your head will be hitting the mattress. Flattens like a pancake. Spend your money on something else.

This pillow is very uncomfortable.

Slept on it for one night and woke up with a very stiff neck. I called the store where we purchased it and asked if we could return it as it is not a pillow we would use again. I was told that we cannot return it. So am looking for some advise from you as what to do.
