Bad pillow and bad customer service. They recommended the wrong pillow for side sleepers and refuse to exchange. We just spent 10k on mattress and the pillows ruin it.

Do not buy
Horrible pillow with no support. I told tempurpedic we were side sleepers and they recommended this one. But this was wrong! And they say they are "no waste" company. But that means - they don't exchange or stand by "sleep experts". Customer is stuck with garbage and bill

Don't buy this.
I don't normally go out of my way to write review. But this is horrible for adults. Got king pillow and immediately went back the next day to return and I can't. Your head will be hitting the mattress. Flattens like a pancake. Spend your money on something else.

Pillow
The most noticeable feature of this pillow is the weight versus the average pillow previously used by me. Have not been able to confirm the coolness of this pillow against the previous Tempur- Pedic pillows.

Super Comfy and Supportive - Love the Pillow!
I've been using the Tempur-Pedic Pillow ProLo for a few weeks now, and I'm really impressed. It's got a low profile, which is perfect for me since I prefer a thinner pillow, especially when I sleep on my stomach or back. Comfy and cool
This pillow is really cooling and soft. I love the way it shapes to your head and the thickness is perfect. My only thing would be the firmness, it's a bit too soft for me. But that's just personal preference. My boyfriend loves the pillow and it's perfect for him.

Tempur never fails me!
I have had a Tempurpedic mattress and pillows for a few years now and I love them, but this pillow has put the icing on the cake for their products. It's so comfy and soft but firm at the same time but not too firm that'll it'll hurt your neck like some pillows. I definitely recommend this pillow!
