Terrible

Pillow is not cool at all . The longer you lay on it the worse it becomes . The pillow gets hot and gets hard after laying on it

Great pillow!

After trying out many pillows in the store, I finally chose the Tempur-Cloud cooling pillow. I am very happy with the pillow! It has just the right amount of support without being too firm. The customer service in the store was excellent also!

No more neck pain!

My husband and I were waking up every day with sore necks and headaches. We decided to give these pillows a try since they were on sale. I really wish we would have gotten them sooner because no more neck pain or headaches upon waking! They definitely are cool, and I'm a warm sleeper. Best pillow purchase ever!

Extremely high quality, not dense enough

This pillow's cover and overall design were luxurious and high quality. However, it was too thin for my liking and sunk in nearly to the mattress. I would have loved a denser option personally but could see how this pillow would be great for someone with a soft or thin pillow preference

Pillow Below Expectations

Based on the reviews and knowledge of Tempurpedic mattresses, I decided to try the cloud cooling pillow. It, however, was below my expectations. It does not support side sleeping very well and feels quite hard after laying on it for a while. The cover is nice and cool, but its ridged design is not very comfortable. I would not recommend this pillow unless you only sleep on your back and don't mind that sinking feeling.
