Great boots, comfortable - just bad Teva CS

Great boots, comfortable and easy to wear all day. My only complaint, which has nothing to do with the boot but Macy's and Teva CS, that is the right insole was missing from the boot and I didn't notice this until after I had worn the boots all day. I called Teva and they do not have insoles for purchase and the only thing I could do would be to pay for shipping both ways and they would send me a new pair of boots at no charge (for the boot, just pay for the shipping). So great boots, poor Teva customer service. Yes, I would buy another pair but I'd make sure both insoles are there.
