Uncomfortable

These are terribly uncomfortable shoes. The fit was so bad that I think they were designed by AI and not a human. I almost selected defective as my return reason. The sole of the shoe, with and without the insert, press uncomfortably against the outer edge of your feet. I've never experienced anything like this from any other pair of sneakers I've worn. I noticed it immediately as soon as I took a step.
