I felt like I was wearing cardboard for shoes

They felt like cardboard and had no arch support whatsoever.

Sent wrong product

Just got these in the mail. They sent the wrong shoes. So tired of either dealing with quality issues or mistakes like this and it’s barely worth trying to return or call customer service. They are comfortable and I will be keeping them because Teva is a good brand. I’m disappointed in Macy’s.

cute….but uncomfortable

This style is very cute. I wear a 9 1/2 and the 9 fit fine . The only thing is the little plastic loop close to the pinky toe dug into my skin. If I loosen the strap, then it was just too loose, so back to go to the store they go. It would probably fit better on a person who is 9 and not in between sizes.

I absolutely love these shoes.

Great buy. I bought once and sent back because they were too big. New size is perfect and I love the lighter bottom and shimmery straps. They go with so many outfits.❤️

So cute but so painful

These are adorable and I love this color palette. But the straps on the outer edges of the toes REALLY rubs hard and hurts so much that I can't even wear these on a short walk. I put moleskin over the scratchy stitching to see if that helped but... no help. I can't return due to trying to break them in, but these are sadly just another pair of shoes I have to chalk up to being too painful to wear. Also these straps are oddly shorter than all my other wonderful tevas. :(
