Do not buy Gold from Macy's!!!!

I bought 4 bracelets. 2 I bought insurance on. One was diamonds. The gold bracelet broke after a month. They can not repair it and the insurance only covers one repair or a look at it not the 3 years as I was told!!

Piece of junk

This bracelet is hollow. It's so thin that the sides are caving in and my wife had done nothing to break it. Normal wearing. Contacted Macy's and I'm 11 days past the return policy. No product warranty because I didn't buy the extended warranty. I won't be buying any more jewelry from Macy's.

I bought this bangle two weeks ago and initially thought the dent was part of the design. However, over time, I’ve realized it’s a significant flaw. For the price, I didn’t expect it to start falling apart so quickly. I’m starting to think all the lines in the design were intended to hide imperfections like this

very fragile

A gift for my daughter, sadly fragile and broken in less than a month, can’t return it because I don’t have the box and the price tag.
