bad zippers

after 2 weeks of use the zippers for the laptop popped open as the straps pull on the top close to the opening

Good storage but bad strap

It has lots of storage space and it looks great! However, the straps are too loose, even tightened to the maximum. It's a shame, because of this problem I can't use it, it gives me back pain...

Love BUT the straps!

I love this backpack. It has so many compartments/pockets, it's lightweight and very nice looking. However, I've only worn it once and the straps keep sliding off my shoulders. Not sure if it's because I'm wearing a puffer coat or my laptop & things are too heavy. I wished the straps had some sort of grip feature so this wouldn't happen. Other than that I would had given it a 5 star.
