Cheap Halloween Costume

The dress I received doesn't even come close to what the picture shows. The top half in the picture, looks like a different material from the bottom. The dress I got is just full lace from top to bottom. Also, the sleeves doesn't have the flares like the picture shows, it's just straight lace throughout the full arm. Is this even the same dress that was delivered that I originally ordered? Either way, I'm not happy with my purchase!

Disappointed.

I was looking forward to wearing this dress but the material was cheezy looking.Cute in the ad did'nt work for me.I think you have to be size 6,8 for this dress to work well.
