Very poor quality

Do not understand why Macy's carry's this Thalia Brand from Vietnam, very poor quality.Fourth item purchased & forth item returned to store..Inferior quality for Macy's. Clothing runs very large in size. Never the same as it looks online...I have been shopping at Macy's since 1975 when I came to the USA.Have purchased amazing clothing through the years. The worst made clothing started around 1990, as I have seen a decline in brand names. INC top quality Alfani top quality as well. Please Macy's get rid of this Thalia Brand. bringing Macy's down..

cute but the shoulder length too bit

I ordered this blouse last week and it just came today. The fabric looks nice but the shoulder length is too big. Also, I paid for a NEW blouse, the one that came was USED and it stink! Going back ASAP, very dissapointed in Macy's for sending used clothes.
