Missing item in set

Cups missing in order and I see no way to correct the problem online. This time of year, I hate to deal with problems telephonically due to the long hold-wait times. I am very disappointed in Macy's.

Cute set

I love this so much. Mine was broken so I had to order again. It's a good size for party. Glasses are cute. And easy to pour. The glass is thin and feels delicate. But I love it.
