No Pouring!

I purchased this particular design pot to make my sweet tea; I make a large pitcher 2-3 times a week. so, the pouring spout design is what sold me. sorry to report after a few months of use, this is a terrible pour spout. The pot itself is terrific with having the rack on bottom, it heats up quickly. very good pot not so good in the pouring department.

Chipped ceramic

The ceramic on the pot has chipped after only a few months of use. Very disappointed. I was unable to attach 2 photos but I would be happy to send them in a separate submisssion - please advice.
